TERMS AND CONDITIONS

I. Subject of the contract

The subject of the contract is the Photographer’s commitment to create a photographic work for the Client during an agreed photo session (the “Session”) – a premium experience with an emphasis on timeless, fashion-led aesthetics reflecting the Client’s unique personality.

II. Booking a date

A booking becomes binding once the date has been agreed by both parties, by email or by phone. Booking well in advance is recommended.

III. The Session

1. The Session takes place in the agreed studio or at another agreed location.
2. The service includes complete preparation, including a choice of at least two outfits and corresponding changes of make-up and hair. Clients are advised to bring both light and dark underwear.
3. The Client undertakes to arrive on time. If the Client is more than 20 minutes late without prior notice, the Photographer may cancel the Session without compensation.
4. Making any recording (photo or video) during the Session without the Photographer’s consent is prohibited.

IV. Selection and delivery of photographs

1. Within 7 days of the Session, the Client receives a link to a preview gallery. Previews may not be shared or used without the Photographer’s consent.
2. The final edited photographs are delivered within 4–6 weeks of receiving the Client’s selection and payment. If 10 or more photographs beyond the package are selected, or if the selection is sent more than 3 weeks after the previews were delivered, the delivery time may extend to up to 10 weeks.
3. Non-standard retouching (body slimming, changes to facial features, etc.) is not part of the basic edit and is available by agreement for an additional CZK 500 per photograph. Dissatisfaction with one’s own appearance is not grounds for a complaint.

V. Payment

Payment is made in cash on the day of the Session or by bank transfer to the Photographer’s account before the final photographs are sent. Current prices are listed in the price list on the website.

VI. Cancellation

1. Cancelling the Session 7 days or less before the date: a cancellation fee of 25% of the Session price.
2. Cancelling less than 24 hours before the date, or not showing up: a cancellation fee of 75% of the Session price.
3. No cancellation fee applies if the Client arranges a replacement.

VII. Copyright

All photographs are the property of the Photographer and are protected by copyright law. Without the Photographer’s written consent they may not be used for commercial purposes or provided to third parties. The Client may use the photographs for their personal, non-commercial presentation.

VIII. Archiving

Unedited files (RAW) are archived for 1 month after delivery and then deleted in accordance with the GDPR (EU Regulation 2016/679). Final photographs (JPG) are archived indefinitely.

IX. Complaints

Disagreement with the Photographer’s photographic style and artistic approach is not grounds for a complaint. Complaints must be made within 1 month of delivery.

X. Personal data

The Photographer processes the Client’s personal data solely for the purpose of performing the contract, in accordance with applicable law (GDPR).

XI. Consent to publication

Photographs published in the portfolio, on social media or on the Photographer’s website are published with the consent of the people shown. The Client may withdraw this consent at any time in writing or by email.

XII. Final provisions

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. The parties declare that the contract was concluded freely, seriously and clearly.
